TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

Guest(s)—Signer of this agreement, and any and all of their invitees, including pets.

Complex—Units that are within a particular Association bound by HOA bylaws, rules and regulations.

Reservation—Includes total amount owed for scheduled stay & is the total cost of Guest(s) stay that was emailed to Guest when reservation was made online.

Property Owners--The owners of the property being rented.

 
Cancellation Policy 
 
Each property rented is Individually Owned and Operated. Therefore, all rates are subject to change. Our Property Owners accept all major Credit Cards, with the exception of American Express, and require a valid Credit Card for the deposit, AND FINAL PAYMENT, which will automatically be run TWO DAYS prior to Guest’s arrival for nightly and weekly stays, no exceptions.  TripAngle, LLC, Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC, and its Property Owners reserve the right to run card on file within the 30 days prior to scheduled date of arrival(mainly for holiday rentals).  Some property owners accept American Express and this will be included in the property FEATURES section.  For month or longer stays, the NON-Refundable final payment is automatically run 30 days prior to Guest’s scheduled date of arrival.   If Guest’s Credit Card on file does not go through for our Property Owners, TripAngle, LLC, or Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC, previous to Guest’s arrival, Property Owners have the right to rent out Guest’s reserved property, as Guest’s reservation becomes invalid. Please provide a good phone number for Property Owner to reach Guest in case of emergency or issues with Guest’s card. If Guest does not make arrangements, and Property Owners property is not rented out, Guest will still be responsible for Guest’s reservation. The Property Owner also reserves the right to send Guest to collections if any damages occur and no shows are not able to go through on the Credit Card Guest has on file. Any charges that are incurred during the collection of such charges will also be Guest’s responsibility.  TripAngle, LLC, Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC and its Property Owners require at least a 30 day notice for cancellations. If Guest cancels with 60 or more days prior to Guest’s scheduled date of arrival Guest will receive back 80% of Guest’s deposit. If Guest cancels with 30-59 days prior to Guest’s arrival date, Guest will receive back 60% of Guest’s deposit (each Property Owner has their own deposit amount, which is specified when making your reservation). Otherwise the deposit AND total cost of Guest’s scheduled stay is forfeited. Cancellations made during a scheduled stay will result in forfeiture.  All Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to TripAngle, LLC, or Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC located at 2856 S Alameda Corpus Christi, TX 78404-2731 and postmarked for deposit refund.  If changes have been made to reservation, a small fee may apply, please inquire.
 
Discount Codes and Terms
 
Our Property Owners require a two night minimum for stays over holidays. Discounts for Seniors (65+), Civil Service employees, Military, and Teachers must be made by typing in the DISCOUNT CODE section S10, CS10, M10, or T10 located at the start of the reservation process. Guest discount will not apply if entered in the Special Comments section of Guests reservation process. Guest may be required to show proof when arriving. Our Property Owner’s discounts only apply to Sunday-Wednesday nights. All Discounts do not apply to one night stays. 
                                                                                                           
Pets
      
Guest understands that pets are allowed in “ONLY” pet friendly properties, for the allowed time as advertised on our web sites. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund, and will be charged a $500 clean up fee. Our Property Owners will allow only two pets with the maximum weight for each that is stated in the property description under the FEATURES section. If Guest is staying in one of these units with a pet, then Guest has agreed to pay the advertised NON-Refundable pet fee for one or two pets each.  Guest’s pet must always be on a leash when outside or on the Beach. Pets must not bark excessively, if this happens, Guests will be asked to leave with no refund.   If an unauthorized pet is found in any property, Guest will be asked to leave with no refund, and charged a $500 clean up fee.   Guests must pick up after their pets.  Any Guest that doesn't follow any of these instructions will be asked to leave with no refund and/or charged the $500 clean up fee.  PETS MUSY HAVE SHOT RECORDS, OTHERWISE, GUEST WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK-IN, AND TRIPANGLE, LLC, TEXAS COASTAL VACATIONS, LLC, AND ITS PROPERTY OWNERS WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
 
Age Requirements
 
TripAngle, LLC, Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC and its Property Owners only rents to responsible parties. A responsible party must be at least 18 with a valid Credit Card to rent. A state driver’s license or other acceptable ID may be required at check-in. TripAngle, LLC, Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC and its Property Owners reserve the right to refuse service.
 
Occupancy Limits
 
Many of the properties advertised on our web sites have occupancy limits and restrictions.  The limits are listed on each rental on our web sites.  Please read carefully as Guest(s) are responsible for those requirements. If Guest(s) violate the occupancy and/or restriction requirements, than the Guest(s) will be asked to leave without refund.
 
RATE CALCULATIONS 
 
TripAngle, LLC, Texas Coastal Vacations, LLC, and its Property Owner's rate calculators are correct over 98% of the time, and is to be used as a guide only.  The Property Owners will email  the itemized receipt and confirmation with your correct remaining balance.  The rate calculator should be used as a guide only and the Property Owners will exert every effort to make sure you get the price quoted. 
 
APPLICABLE LAW
 
This Agreement is entered in the County of Nueces and the State of Texas, and it is hereby agreed that the provisions hereof shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas, and that the proper jurisdiction and venue for any action pertaining to the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement shall be Nueces County District Courts after resolution is attempted. If the attempts at resolution are not successful then the matter will be settled in the District Courts of Nueces County, Texas.
